A woman jogging in the dark a kilometer from the Hartford border was rapped Wednesday October 27. It was 40 minutes before sunrise, she was by herself and wearing earplugs when she was grabbed from behind and pulled into tall bushes. Other joggers formed a blog to organize running in groups.

"Quinetucket"
